Wow, two months- yeah, probably time for a new entry!

Well, what can I tell you guys... it's been a rollercoaster of a couple months, what with the onset of Thanksgiving, then Christmas and New Years... I thought things would slow down a bit once 2008 rolled around, but apparently NOT, as I've had something to do for three out of five weeknights and at least one day on the weekends ever since. With the exception of LAST weekend, which was blissfully obligation-free. This would be another such weekend, if I didn't have a Super Bowl party to go to tomorrow that's threatening to become an all-day affair.

But yeah, looks like things are starting to calm down, at least, and after an extended hiatus from the drawing board, I'm slowly easing back into the practice of drawing stuff. It's amazing how much havok half a year of unproductivity can wreak on one's skills- and mine were pretty dang shaky to begin with! With any luck, I should have something new to post here at the gallery within the next week or so; it's a picture that I've been working on for the past three MONTHS. It's not really all that complex, either; it's just that I haven't been able to work on it but for the occasional night or two I've been able to claim as Free Time.

Still, unproductive as I've been, I've kept up with all the comments and Notes I've received here at the gallery- thanks to all of you who have taken the time to leave me feedback! Still, there have been a few recurring questions that keep popping up, so maybe it's time for an addendum to the Shax FAQ I posted last July. SOLVE YOUR QUESTIONS HERE:
